Hello Everyone,<\/p>\n
\tThe last few weeks have been filled with some difficult challenges but Praise God we are pretty much on the other side of them. Now we get to face the current challenges. We started moving to Jutiapa today and while there, we picked up 14 deaf young adults and brought them to our house here in San Cristobal. They will be spending the night tonight and tomorrow. The "Conferencia de la Familia Sorda" is tomorrow in Antigua. Jeanette and I will be teaching and sharing. Please pray for Jeanette as she will be presenting some material to the single deaf ladies and also answering questions. She was supposed to have some help but it does not look like that will happen. <\/p>\n
\tElvis and Yulissa have been dealing with their own set of challenges involving the church and they need your prayers as well. Please pray for the church leadership as they have been making some bad decisions lately. <\/p>\n
\tPlease continue to pray for the work in Jutiapa. We talked with Sonia today, one of the helpers in Mita and she said they are up to 30 in their class. When we were there 5 weeks ago, we had 23 in the class. Jonathan's Friday class is growing too. The church in Jalapa called to see when we were going to start out there. Things are exploding and we are not even there yet.<\/p>\n
\tDon't forget to pray for the conference tomorrow (Tuesday) that God would show himself real and powerful in the lives of the Deaf here in Guatemala.<\/p>\n
